The District proposes to undertake the acquisition of approximately 1.5 acres of undeveloped property located on the southwestern corner of 7th Street and Redlands Avenue in the city of Perris, County of Riverside, for the purposed of constructing twelve (12) 48' x 40' relocatable classrooms; two (2) 24' x 40' relocatable restrooms combined with storage facilities; a bus drop-off and parking area for up to twenty (20) vehicles; two (2) 50' x 84' paved play areas; utility hook-up connections; refuse storage area; perimeter gating/enterance tower; and outdoor lighting.
