Document Description
The proposed project consists of the extension of the Chapman Heights Road Alignment from the western boundary of the Chapman Heights Planned Development westerly for approximately 800 feet, and construction of the D5 Stormdrain, along this unimproved extension of Chapman Heights road, to discharge into the existing drainage facility on the Yucaipa High School property. Improvements to the existing stormdrain facility on the high school property are also included in this proposed project. The extension of Chapman Heights Road would involve only grading of the road alignment and would not involve any road improvements such as paving or curbs or gutters at this time. The Chapman Heights Road Extension would be fully improved as part of a future road extension project. The D5 Stormdrain is designed to protect Yucaipa High School from flooding impact due to runoff from the Chapman Heights Planned Development.
