Document Description
Comprehensive General Plan Amendment No. 535 proposes to amend the Comprehensive General Plan's Open Space and Conservation designation of approximately 420 acres from "Areas Not Designated As Open Space" and "Mountainous Areas" to adopted Specific Plan and to amend the Comprehensive General Plan's Land Use Element to reflect the Specific Plan.
Change of Zone No. 6359 is a proposal to change the zoning classifications of the subject property from R-R (Rural Residential) and A-D (Agriculture-Dairy) to SP (Specific Plan).
