Document Description
The project consists of a General Plan Amendment to change the San Jose 2020 General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram designation of Transit Corridor Residential (25+ DU/AC) with Transit Oriented Development Corridor overlay to General Commerical with Transit Oriented Development Corridor overlay on 2.7 acres located on the south side of Fruitdale Avenue, between Southwest Expressway and St. Elizabeth Drive. The proposed General Plan amendment request will include a related text amendment (GP00-T-022) that will control the allowed commerical building heights. The proposed Planned Development Rezoning for the development of up to 250,000 square feet of office uses on that portion of the site.
