Document Description
The project proposes to replace 28 dormitory buildings, each housing 100 beds, with 16 dormitory buildings that can accomodate 200 beds Ultimately, the replacement buildings will increase the men's housing capacity at California Rehabilitation Center (CRC) from the current 2,800 beds to 3,200 beds, an increase of 400 beds or seven percent of the total male inmate population. The functions of the existing Norco Level II Mens's dormitory replacement project, located at the California Rehabilitation Center, would continue to be used, as usual, until the replacement project is completed in phases.
