Document Description
The project is to modify the diversion to ensure an adequate water supply for irrigation; it will not divert any additional water in excess of that which has been historically diverted by the existing structure (a vertical turbine pump-5,600 gpm). A new slant pump will be installed at an angle to reach deeper water in Grant Line Canal. The new pump and pipe of identical capacities will be installed on the existing pump platform. Existing pump and pipes will be properly abandoned and removed as necessary.
