Document Description
This project includes the lease of an approximate 1 acre parcel immediately adjacent to the existing Helitack Base and construction of a helicopter hangar building on a concrete slab with concrete slap access to the helipad and extension of existing utilities to serve the building. The proposed project will also include a minor paved area and re-paving of existing driveway for truck access. Utility work includes connection to on-site LP gas, electric, water and communication systems.
