Document Description
Sonoma County plans to allow Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa to construct a 6,541 square foot modular building to house a new Cardiac Catheterization and Magnetic Resonance Imaging facility. The single story building will be located in the paved parking lot behind the four story wing of the hospital. It will most likely be connected to the main building by a fully enclosed corridor which will be built on-site. The paving in the parking lot will be removed, graded and a concrete slab foundation will be poured in place, with modifications to storm drain facilities / utilities. A retaining wall with a handrail above will be built to separate the new building from the relocated fire access road and the existing concrete walkway to the helipad.
