The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2002-10 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant Doug Mull for Lewis Investment Company L.L.C. Modifying 22 acres of agricultural land into seasonal wetland by lowering the eastern and southern levees of south stone lake and a tributary channel by five feet and creating two riprap spillways with flap gates. Two isolated seasonal wetlands will be created at the western edge of the site. This permit is issued for mitigation for a land development project.
