Document Description
1. An amendment to the Goleta Community Plan (99-GP-002) to reconfigure location of the Industrial Park/Light Industrial designations on the site, without a change in the overall acreage of each district; 2. A Rezone to reconfigure locations of the MRP and M-S-GOL districts on site, without a change in the overall acreage in each category; 3. A Final Development Plan to remove two buildings, retain and remodel seven existing buildings and build eleven new structures. The proposed new buildings would total 704,600 square feet (sf) and the existing buildings retained would total 241,682 square feet, for a total of 946,282 square feet onsite. The proposed building would include research and development and self-storage uses. The new buildings to be developed include 174,600 square feet of self-storage and 530,000 square feet of research and development uses. Approximately 10,000 square feet of the research and development area would be used for onsite service related uses. Parking for 2,138 automobiles would be provided. In addition to standard landscaping amenities, the plan includes a substantial greenbelt area. Development would be phased over several years. 4. A Vesting Tentative Tract Map to split the site, currently one parcel, into 20 individual parcels.
