Document Description
CDFG has issued an Agreement regarding proposed SAA #5-082-00 to Irvine Ranch Water District in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to alter the streambed to construct a 12,000 linear foot 24 inch reclaimed water pipeline to accommodate an increased reclamed water supply from Michelson Water Reclamation Plant (MWRP). The 24-inch pipeline would be encased in a 42-inch casing pipe that would be bored and jacked 7' below the San Diego Creek Channel bottom. The bore pit would be 40' x 15' x 32' deep and would be located out of the creek channel right-of-way, beyond the creek bank. The proposed project will have no impact to the bed and bank of the stream channel. The proposed project is designed to avoid the bed and bank of the stream channel. If the stream's bed and bank are disturbed in any way, the Department shall be notified immediately.
