Document Description
The proposed project is a 24" reclaimed water pipeline that would start at the MWRP and terminate at a connection at Ridgeline Drive. The purpose of the project is to provide additional reclaimed water to the Zone A service area. Approximately 10 cubic feet per second will be withdrawn from the Sand Canyon Reservoir, filtered at the MWRP and pumped into a proposed 24" reclaimed water pipeline. The pipeline is needed to accommodate the additional reclaimed water and to more fully utilize the capacity of the two existing Zone A tanks. In addition the project would boost the water pressure in Zone A in accordance with the District's Master Plan.
