Document Description
This is a zone change and conditional use permit application to operate a facility for recycling green waste. A zone change on 9.5 acres from A-2-2 to M-2-DP is also required to allow the proposed operations. The facility will received about 75 to 100 tons of the waste per day. A maximum of 35 trucks will arrive at the site daily. The site will house loaders, grinders, and a screening unit. Proposed operation hours are 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
