Document Description
The project proposes 91 residences (fewer units than previously approved) on a 14.6 gross acre site. The project includes both detached (33 dwelling units) and attached residences (58 dwelling units) with a gated project access provided from Pacific Coast Highway. Vesting Tentative Tract Map 14605 is proposed to be revised to be consistent with the proposed site plan design.
