Document Description
Stock Ranch Guide to Department will provide land use regulations for 127 acres of vacant land in Citrus Heights. Proposed components of the Guide to Development include development objectives, development standards, design guidelines and an implementation plan. Land uses proposed would allow for up to 302 single family dwelling units, 132,000 sq. ft. of retail/office, and 485,000 sq.ft. of retail commercial development. The project also includes a General Plan amendment and rezone to reflect the land uses proposed in the Guide to Development.
