Document Description
SCWA is proposing to enter into two agreements that would establish the long-term transfer of SWP entitlements from several members of the KCWA to the Cities of Fairfield and Vacaville. The water would be delivered to the Cities of Fairfield and Vacaville by means of the existing NBA. The cities propose to use the water to meet existing and future municipal and industrial demands.
