Document Description
Geysers Power Company (Geysers) proposes to divert up to 22 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water from Big Sulphur Creek at its BSC-3 Extraction Facility (BSC-2 facility) in accordance with the conditions in its water rights permit (No. 21066) ("permit" or "water rights permit"). The BSC-2 facility is an existing screened diversion located on Big Sulphur Creek in the southwest corner 1/4 of Section 28, Township 11 North, Range 8 West. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0805 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, John Farison - Geysers Power Company, LLC.
