Document Description
Approval of Use Permit to construct a warehousing/storage and distribution facility with ~ 646,734 sf of floor area including ~12,000 sf of ancillary office area. Up to 376 vehicle parking spaces plus truck loading docks will be provided. The project also includes the extension of Devlin Road (local road) with a grade seperated crossing of existing railroad trucks. A spur line will provide rail access to loading docks on the east side of the building. There would be an estimated 120,000 cubic yards to fill material imported to construct the facility. The request also includes a tentative parcel map to subdivide the project site into 2 smaller parcells of land, including 38 acre parcel for the proposed building and a remainders 180 acre parcel.
