Proposal to amend Commercial Development Permit 78-0819PD for RMC Lonestar to include construction of a 35,200 square foot raw materials storage building of 60 feet in height, a 47,120 square foot blending storage dome of 80 feet in height, a truck unloading station, extension of the overland conveyor belt system, and relocation of the Municipal District water lines, and to include a Coastal Zone Permit, and a grading Permit to cut 220,209 cubic yards of earth and to import structural fill of 6,296 cubic yards of earth. Property located on the north side of Highway 1 (700 Highway 1) at approximately 1/4 mile northwest from the Davenport Fire Station.
