The Glenn County Public Works and Development Services Agency (hereinafter "County") operates the Glenn County Solid Waste Disposal Site ("landfill") and proposed the Glenn County Landfill Expansion Project ("project") to meet the waste disposal demands of projected population growth within the County.
The project is located at the west end of County Road "33", approximately five miles west of Interstate 5 (I-5) and the town of Artois, California.
