Capture approximately 300 to 320 acre feet per year of storm drain flows discharged from Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District storm drain line, within the exsiting Eastern Municipal Water District San Jacinto Reservoir. The purpose of the project is to capture water durinng peak seasonal wet periods and store it for use during dry periods.
