Document Description
A precise development plan for four 5,000 square-foot buildings for use as contractor's storage yards or truck and heavy equipment storage yards accesory to natural resource extraction or agricultural activities in an NR (5) (Natural Resources 5 acre) District. The project site consists of a 6.5 acre portions of a 142.36 acre parcel currently developed with a combination of agricultural and oilfield production operations. The applicant is proposing to develop four 5,000-square-foot buildings for use as support services facilities for either natural resources extraction or agricultural operations. The site has been heavily disturbed by ongoing oilfield production operations as well as farming operations located on the northern portion of the property. The proposed method of sewage disposal is by individual septic systems with water supplied by California Water Service. Access to the development is from the existing Snow Road alignment and from Allen Road which will be developed as part of the proposed development.
