The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to enter into an agreement to transfer State Water Project (SWP) Entitlement (Table A Water) to the Desert Water Agency and Coachella Valley Water District (collectively DWCV). The Coachella Valley Water District, acting as the Lead Agency and Applicant, proposes to implement the Coachella Valley Water Management Plan (Plan). The transfer of 100,000 acre-feet (AF) of Metropolitan's SWP Table A entitlement to DWCV is included as part of the plan.
