Document Description
The project is the construction of an addition to the City of Carlsbad's wastewater collection system and is know as South Agua Hedionda Interceptor Reach 3, or "SAHI 3". SAHI 3 would connect pipelines within the Cannon Road right-of-way, which were, or will be, installed under previously authorized projects. More specifically the SAHI 3 project involves the installation of approximately 5,950 linear feet of underground pipeline and the construction of an above grade pump station.
