The proposed project includes a request for: 1. A Community Plan Amendment and Rezone for 39.3 acres from RD-5 and O to RD-4 and O. 2. A Vesting Subdivision Map to create 122 residential lots, two open space lots, one park lot and two landscape lots. 3. A Special Development Permit to reduce the front yard setback from 20 feet to 15 feet and reduce the lot area from 8,500 square feet to 8,000 square feet for limited numbers of lot. 4. A Rescission of prior zoning agreement, adopted by Resolution No. 95-1250. 5. A Parcel Map to create four lots for future subdivision phasing.
