Document Description
The project consists of removal of a parking lot, and construction and operation of a single story, 15,000 SF Child Development Center on the existing Contra Costa College campus. The new center will include parking, areas for preschoolers, infants and toddlers, and spaces for offices, kitchens, lab areas, and parent conferences. The area of work for the proposed building is 54,000 SF; total acreage for the campus is 87 acres. The major function is to house the Child Development program at the college.
