Document Description
The proposed project is the construction and operation at the Northeast Interceptor Sewer (NEIS) and the Eagle Rock Interceptor Sewer (ERIS). NEIS would extend from Mission Road and Jesse Street in downtown LA northward to the intersection of San Fernando Road and Division Street. This sewer would be constructed by tunneling. ERIS would terminate at two locations (it branches), Eagle Rock Boulevard and Fairpark Avenue and near York Boulevard and Avenue 51.
