Document Description
The project consists of adding treatment processes to the existing wastewater treatment plant to produce effluent suitable for Title 22 uses (human contact). This water would be sold as recycled water, eliminating the Plant capacity limitation associated with restricted disposal of effluent with excessive TDS and chloride levels.
