Elementary School, General Plan: Community Facilities-Schools
Document Description
The project proposes modernization of all existing buildings and the construction of new facilities on the school site. All of the modular units on the north end of the project site are to be removed. This removal represents a total of approximately 4,200 square feet of floor area. A small grass-covered amphitheater and a drainage swale straddling the project site north property boundary would also be removed. Removal of the modulars, amphitheater and swale, in addition to the relocation of the daycare ("Clubhouse") modular, would provide buildable area for the construction of a new administration/multi-purpose/classroom wing and kindergarten wing located north of Wing 1.
