The proposed Master Plan is a city-wide project intended to be the foundation and planning guide for the Parks and Recreation Department. The proposed project is the first phase of the Master Plan, the purpose of which is to provide direction and clarification on the mission, goals, and objectives of the City regarding park facilities; provide an inventory and assessment of existing park assets; establish priorities for park facilities; and recommend adjustments to the system to better meet the needs of the community.
