The Watsonville Redevelopment Agency is proposing to expand the boundaries of it's redevelopment area to encompass additional areas along East Lake Avenue, Freedom Blvd., Green Valley Blvd., Airport Blvd., and Highway 152. Development would be based on the city's 2005 General Plan. The agency also proposes to extend the time limit for debt issuance with it's existing redevelopment area among other changes.
