Document Description
Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group proposes to develop a retail and light industrial center on the 103-acre former Northrop Grumman Corporation property. The applicant proposes to demolish and /or modify existing on-site buildings and construct new structures to contain a variety of commercial uses, including commercial/institutional space, retail space (including "big box" retail), light manufacturing facilities, warehouse space, telecommunications operations, freight-forwarding facilities, and/or light industrial or commercial uses. Three development scenarios are proposed.
