Document Description
The project consists of demolishing two existing buildings in downtown Fresno: 862 and 844 Van Ness Avenue. 862 Van Ness Avenue is a two-story parking garage that is a historic resource as defined in Section 1506.5. 844 Van Ness Avenue is a one-story furniture store with no historic significance. The proposed project will fully develop the 174.5-foot by 150.44-foot wide site with a project overall 141-foot tall building consisting of six square feet of the building will be allocated for public assembly use. Total occupied square footage of the building is 134,455 square feet.
