Document Description
Master Plan to provide needed facilities and improvements on the Cal Poly Pomona campus to accommodate enrollment growth projected for the next decade of up to 20,000 full time-equivalent students, or 25,5000 student enrollment. The proposed facilities and improvement will add approx. 3.33 million gross square feet, with student housing and parking structures accounting for more than 50 percent of new space (1.75 million gsf). The objective of the Plan is to create an integrated, pedestrian-oriented academic community. Landscaping, signage, circulation, and utility improvements are part of the proposed Master Plan.
