Document Description
The proposed minor subdivision project includes division of 24.36 acres into four distinct parcels ranging in size from 3.0 to 3.7 acres and a remainder parcel of 10.8 acres. The remainder parcel consists of one single family residence, detached garage and subsurface disposal system. A private road easement along the Southern boundary from Shady Creek Lane is proposed to provide access to the new parcels. A new 8" water line is also proposed to provide water and fire protection, all lots will be served with a septic system. SDG&E had confirmed available service to this site. Water will be provided by the Valley Center Municipal Water District. Site lies within the Valley Center Fire Protection District, Escondido Union High School District, Valley Center Elementary and Middle School Districts and Valley Center Transportation District.
