The objective of the project is to increase the regional plant's treatment capacity for average daily flows from 9.5 MGD to 11.0 MGD by the end of 2001 to provide capacity for additional sewer connections within its service area, while maintaining or enhancing the quality of the treated effluent to ensure it meets Title 22 requirements for direct reuse.
