Document Description
A Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit for development on a 20-acre parcel already developed with two single family residences, barn, accessory structures, well and on-site sewage disposal system. The project proposes major vegetation removal along Mad River Road of an approximate seven (7), 100-year old Cypress trees. Two trees are dead, one of which is endangering power lines and shall be removed by Pacific Gas and Electric. The remaining five trees are alive and will be milled for use as fencing on the property. Reforestation is planned, i.e. construction of a windbreak fence, planting of hedges and planting of trees with a height capacity of no more than 40'.
