Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of up to 190 single-family detached residential units on a 110-acre site in the Orange Park Acres area of the city of Orange. The project site contains 15 separate parcels owned by the Sully-Miller Company or Hanson Minerals PLC. Santiago Creek runs east to west across the northern portion of the site. The development would also include internal streets, open space and recreation areas, and regional riding hiking trail connections. Access to the portion of the site north of Santiago Creek would be provided from Mabury Avenue while access to portion south of the creek would be provided from Santiago Canyon Road.
