Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit for the development of a private telecommunications transmission facility covering approximately 1/2 acre of an approximately 60 acre parcel (APN 314-113-19) on Barry Ridge. The CUP would allow construction of a 400-foot telecommunications tower which will transmit digital television (DTV) signals; 2) tower appurtenances, i.e., seven (7) antenna and four (4) tower-mounted satellite dishes, to receive and transmit signals; 3) the installation of three appurtenant structures, i.e, equipment buildings, one being 900 square feet in size, and 12 feet high, and the other two not to exceed 1,000 square feet in size each and 12 feet in height; 4) on-site grading of approximately 750 cubic yards of soil; and 5) construction of on-site drainage facilities. Up to two (2) liquid propane gas (LPG) emergency generators will be installed in the vicinity of the individual equipment buildings. The overall height of the tower with tower appurtenances (i.e., antenna) will be 440 feet.
