Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit for the development and construction of a 1/2 acre telecommunications transmission facility at APN 314-113-119, which will provide high definition television transmission capabilities for KEET-TV. A Conditional Use Permit for 1) the construction of a 400-foot telecommunications tower which will transmit high definition television (HDTV) signals; 2) the installation of tower appurtenances, i.e., seven (7) antenna and four (4) dishes, to receive and transmit signals; 3) the installation of three appurtenant structures, each being 900 square feet in size, and 12 feet height; 4) on-site grading of approximately 750 cubic yards of soil; and 5) construction of on-site drainage facilities. The overall height of the tower with tower appurtenances (i.e., antenna) will be 440 feet. The proposed facility will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The maximum number of employees on the site at one time is three.
