The City proposes to amend their Zoning Ordinance to create a new overlay zone which would allow a museum use within R-1 and R-3 zones on 4 areas near southern El Camino Real. The project also includes the Lux Art Institute within a portion of this area, which proposes 1 single family residence, an art museum, outdoor viewing area and supporting infrastructure.
