CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0256-R5) to the project applicant, County of San Diego, Department of Public Works. The project proposes to perform routine flood control maintenance activities on improved and unimproved channels for bridges, culverts, and selected channels to prevent flooding of adjacent roadways and buildings. The project is located in 675 crossings and/or locations of drainage facilities (bridges, culverts, and selected channels) related to County-maintained roads and flood control facilities in various streams throughout San Diego County.
