An amendment to the Tulare County Urban Areas Boundaries Element by expanding the City of Farmersville's Urban Development Boundary (UDB) from 1,274 acres to 1,726 arces, and expanding of the existing Urban Area Boundary (UAB) from 2,520 to 2,957 acres (all acreage figures are approximate) to accommodate growth of the city to the year 2020.
