Document Description
Applicant proposes to construct a new building pad for a future 40 foot by 40 foot workshop. In order to protect the proposed pad from storm water run-off, the Applicant will construct a 12 foot by 12.8 foot rip rap energy dissipater to capture the storm water and divert the flows into two 30 inch corrugated metal culvert pipes buried underground for 125 feet. The discharge will daylight into a 10 feet by 8 feet riprap energy dissipater downstream and discharge into the existing earthen channel. Construction time is estimated to be three months.
