Document Description
The project is proposed development of a Flying J Travel Plaza on a portion of a 60-acre property, south of the Pedrick Road / I-80 interchange, in the City of Dixon. The project would develop approximately 27 acres of the 60-acre property with a Flying J Travel Plaza. In addition to providing fueling services for diesel and gasoline vehicles, the facility would include a 17,638-square-foot structure with a 24-hour convenience store, restaurant, fast-food court, driver lounge, and laundry and shower facilities. The project would also develop an offsite stormwater detention basin facility on the east side of Pedrick Road. No development of the remaining 33 acres is proposed at this time.
