Document Description
1. An ordinance to rezone (98RZ-07) a 14.8+- acre parcel from A-10 (Agricultural, ten acre minimum) to 11.9+- acres of RE-5 (Residential Estate, five acre minimum) and 2.9+- acres of O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. 2. Tentative Subdivision Map 98TSM-052 for a further subdivision of Lot 4 in Silver Spur Subdivision, Unit No. 3, into two lots of 5+- acres and 9.8+- acres each, by the original subdivider. 3. Development Agreement 99DA-01 to allow alternative road improvements, which shall apply only to parcels created by a final map in compliance with Tentative Subdivision Map 98TSM-052 and which may be served by Saddle Drive without complying with the following Tuolumne County Ordinance Code sections: 11.12.010 (A, 2) (width of traveled way), 11.12.010 (L) (with respect to horizontal curve alignments), 11.12.020 (2" of AC surfacing), and 11.12.020 (design speed).
