Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Habitat Loss Permit and a request for a time extension of a previously approved subdivision for the development of 7 lots on an approximately 19.38-acre parcel of land. The project will include on-site preservation of 5.15 acres of Coastal sage scrub habitat and off-site purchase of 7.2 acres of land in a County approved mitigation bank as mitigation for impacts to 11.13 acres of Coastal sage scrub. The project will also include an additional 0.23 acres preserved in open space as protection for Coast live oak and Engelmann oak trees.
