Five primary project components as follow: 1) Construction of New Water Park totaling approx. 15 acres; to be constructed within existing Knott's Berry Farm East Lot parking area; 2) Reconfiguration of Knott's Berry Farm parking areas; 3) Construction of New Attraction. Proposed "Shoot the Chutes" water-based flume ride will replace existing rides in northwesterly portion of Knott's Berry Farm: 4) Closure of existing (East Lot) Stanton and Crescent Avenue driveways to public access. These driveways will remain accessible to service, maintenance and emergency vehicles; 5) Construction of new exit from northbound Beach Boulevard providing direct access to proposed Water Part site.
