Document Description
The project involves a mixed use development consisting of 160,000 square feet of business park development and 73 or 74 residential units. The business park component would be located in the southern half of the site, while the residential component would occupy the northern half. The project site is bisected by a drainage channel known locally as Lagunitas Creek. The project would include restoration of the channel through removal of nonnative plants and planting with native riparian vegetation.
