Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of approximately 360,000 square feet office and research park on a 25.38-acre site. The proposed development would consist of five 72,000 square feet buildings arranged in a campus-like setting and oriented around a central courtyard. Approximately 922 parking stalls would be provided in two surface lots. Buildings would cover about 19% of the site; paved areas would cover about 39% of the site; open space and landscaping would cover the remaining 42% of the site.
